On May 19, 2025, Santa Barbara County held its first Navigation Summit. Seventy-three individuals from 33 organizations and services within the County Department of Social Services came together in Lompoc to improve resource navigation and family support. Child Welfare Services of the County of Santa Barbara, the Network of Family Resource Centers, and Cottage Center for Population Health sponsored this event to strengthen coordination across Santa Barbara County’s system of care for families.
